Job Description:

• Track and record orders
• Receive orders and document arrivals
• Manage supply base
• Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
• Monitor order expenses
• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
• In charge of all activities related to export Finished Goods to customers, logistics for import-export, customs clearance, customs liquidation of materials.
• Dealing with logistic vendor to obtain the best price and cost saving for Company
• Make import-Export, customs liquidation, logistics Reports
• Delivery process management and dealing with customer to sign Minutes of Acceptances.
• Completing the project documents as required in Contract.
• Sales support and Other tasks is assigned by Management.Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Commercial and Commercial Management, with the ability to manage and analyze business activities for growth.
• Strong Customer Service and Following Up skills to build long-term client relationships and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment and adapt to fast-paced business settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in a commercial or customer-facing role is a plus.

What You Are Good At:

At least 4-5 years experiences.

Excellent in analytical skills, strong organizational and interpersonal, good communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to be fluent in English.

Good at Microsoft Office: Power Point, Words, Excel….

Strong lateral thinking, problem solving and advanced analytical thinking skills.

Ability to priorities tasks and resolve conflicts.

Ability to handle a complex work environment and multitask.

Working location: Tam Thang Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
